Holy Guacamole!


Holy Guacamole!

2 ripe avocados
1 ripe medium-sized tomato
Juice from 1/2 a lime
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 t sea salt
1/2 t ground black pepper
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 T mayonnaise

Smash avocados in a glass bowl until slightly chunky. Dice tomato and add with lime juice and all other ingredients.
Toss gently until just blended. Serve immediately or will refrigerate for about 24 hours.
